Different people are seen trying foods and drink from the Sainsburys own range compared to others brands. They say which ones they like best and find out it's from Sainsburys. A young man tries a yogurt and seems impressed not only by the yogurt. The narrator says that loads of Sainsburys own taste a good as leading brands and that you can save at least 20% by switching. Then at the end of the advert the man comes back for more and her Friends teases her.
