The advert is filmed in a stuttering stop/start format and starts with a man in his office at work, as he sits at work his hair changes colour, then a series of events starts. First the man is a clown, then a painter and decorator, next a chef, a pizza delivery driver, a footballer, a karate expert, a disco dancer, a golfer, a rock and roll star, a gardener, a groom at a wedding, a teacher, a garage mechanic, a waiter, a builder and a magician, finally ending up back as himself. As the man changes into the different professions the background changes to match the profession.
