A finger puppet character made with the aid of Hula Hoops is using two further hula hoops on the edge of a table as turntables to perform a scratch DJ routine, until a young man operating them is brought back into the real world by a train inspector asking for tickets. He quickly eats the Hula Hoops and hands over his ticket, as the narrator advises that Hula Hoops are in 'a hole word of their own', and suggests that we make our own film and upload it to Hulahoops.com to win a Golden Hoop Award.
