A man prepares a surprise party in his high-rise rooftop patio garden, with fireworks, balloons, party food and an illuminated sign. As he drinks a can of cider, the birds swoop on the food and a squirrel knocks over a garden torch, setting off a firework, which dislodges a satellite dish. He enjoys his drink so much that he is oblivious to all this, so when the guests arrive everything is in a mess, completed by the dish finally falling and wrecking the table - Total First Pint Refreshment.
