Ad Story
A man has clearly been at a petrol pump for some time filling his large black 4WD, when another drives up to an adjacent lane in a small Citroen, spends a few seconds at the pump and goes in to pay, humming an irritating ditty and leaving the off-road man still pumping away. The narrator advises that Citroen has a range of high mpg cars, giving us more time on the road and less at the pumps, and 22 vehicles with low emissions that allow only £35 road tax.
