In the guise of a 'Candid Camera' type TV program, a personable young man is seen in the street with a microphone trying to persuade people to do a series of stupid things, concluding with throwing a rubbish bin through a shop window. As police sirens are heard faintly in the background, a screen message notes 'If You Wouldn't Do It Sober .....', along with a further message 'Alcohol, know your limits'.
