Howard Brown is in a office and starts singing 'We are Saving' to the tune of 'We are Sailing'. All the office workers join in, doing the Mexican wave at the appropriate point, and hauling an enormous chain from a street fountain, as the the whole building starts to sail out of the city and down the river. Against the railing up on the roof, Howard adopts a 'Titanic' stance with a coworker as he sings about extra interest for regular savers. The building is last seen out on the ocean at sunset with of course a large X on the roof formed by upheld lighters.
