Using the guise of an intergalactic corporation deciding if they want to buy earth a meeting is in progress in a futuristic space station. One board member wants to shelve the idea of taking over earth, however one more idealistic board member tries to persuade the other board members with the reasons Earth is a good investment, and runs a presentation the planet and it's resources, however he does not do enough and Earth is rejected.
