As man leaves for work in the morning, a gnome from his garden trots off to join friends at the station, and they all travel off to the seaside for a while before getting back on the train to visit some countryside sites and finally famous places in London. The gnome arrives back by the front door still clutching his railcards just as the man returns, and screen messages advise on having days out by rail.
