A family stands outside a DFS store and declares that they have come to find out what the sale's all about, and inside a number of customers are seen with different items of furniture as they each advise their opinions of what the sale is about, as these also appear in lettering on screen. Reduced prices of the furniture, and credit arrangements also appear on screen, and staff members advise that it is about them making it easier for the customer.
