2 identical cars are suspended by cables from the ceiling of a large white room, and one of them is released from a higher position in order to smash into the rear of the other in slow motion. As the the front of one car and the rear of the other slowly crumple and glass flies everywhere, the narrator sympathises with the shock and unexpected cost. She goes on to advise that Direct Line will preserve the no-claims discount of people hit by uninsured drivers, and cover the excess so that they are not hit twice. We are reminded that their policies will not be found on comparison sites.
