A woman is feeling bloated as she is lying on a sun lounger and her little boy comes up to her to have is inflatable ring blown up. She then looks over to her more sensible friend who is chatting up a lifeguard. She says that she must take her advice and start using ACtivia. Then the narrator explains how it works as diagrams are shown and says that after 14 day you'll start feeling better. You then see the women walking down the beach felling more beach babe than beach ball and as she checks out a cute man she trips over into the sand. The narrator says to help deflate that bloated feeling with Activia.
