Ad Story
The 118 twins burst out the back of a velvet-lined van and rush through woods past a male voice choir in grey curly wigs singing a continuous refrain of '118'. They charge though a barber's shop and into a tyre bay, emerging on a motorcycle combination past the choir again, and over grass as explosions occur all round them, including that of a saxophone-playing garden gnome. The narrator advises us to call 118 118 for any number and get put straight through, as the screen message says to call the 118 118 Team.
